I want to publish a Multi-Cache, but I don't know if there is a rule against how many waypoints you can make. I want to make 4 waypoints. Can I do that? Or is it against the Geocaching rules? The K from TRKS

I don't know any published lists for HTML, but all I know is that to get that tilted font (Italic) you do <p><em>I am Geocaching</em></p>. To get bold font, you do <p><b>I am Geocaching</b></p>. I think you always put <p> and then your tag, and to end the HTML, </p> is used? I'm unsure too. The K from TRKS P.S. Don't forget to double space after you end your HTML!
