Do you know how I can contact someone about paying the 30$ to be premium member and having it taken out of my account, but only being listed as basic member? I did validate my account. Thanks for your help.

I put in the zip code for a town in Wi and I get France Coordinates. Did this for another zip code the other day for Wis and ended getting Sweden. Also How Can I contact someone from this Web Site. I paid the 30$ to be a premium member but am listed as only basic.

Yes I know this. What I'm saying is I paid the premium price and my account says I only a "basic member" I've been charged the 30$ and still can't get into the Premium Caches. After you paid, did you get a confirmation number by email? Did you enter this number on the website to upgrade your account? Boy do I feel stupid. I forgot to go back and do that. Luckily I still had the email. Bet it works now, duh and double duh. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm somewhat new also. So far the nano's we have found have been magnetic. They are as small as the end of your little finger (ist joint and found) I don't know what the thing is called.

When I first went to this website, I was told I could get coordinates free for the most part. Well none were showing up so I went ahead a signed up for premium membership. The coordinates showed up. My account got charged the 30$, but I show in profile as only being a basic member and came across cache's I couldn't get coordinates. How do I contact someone about this.

It's the adventure of the hunt. It gets you off the couch and gets you to exercise without even knowing. Well until today. I sure knew it, walking up hill, down and up again. Trying to get my husband into it. Like you said, get the two of us together away from other things.

Deg.DDDDD is Decimal Degrees, which is not the format on the Cache Pages. Look at hddd°mm.mmm" on your settings that are on your GPS Thanks!!! I think that did the trick. I hope you weren't yelling. I've had this thing for 4 days and the manuel sucked. Thanks again.

Not enough information to formulate what you need help with. I copy the information as it is on the internet. One address is maybe a mile from my house, I have an idea where it is but not the exact location. Anyway I copy the exact coordinates to the gps and it sends me in the opposite direction by 13 miles. Also when I go back to by gps after turning it off, the address I had put in has changed.

I'm new at this, even thought I have found 6 caches. I'm limited as I'm having problems with putting in the coordinates. I put some in and they send me in a total different direction, I have tried the conversion with the decimals, but some don't have enough numbers. I have a Magellan 400. The printed manual is no help. Can someone help me?
