  1. I've been out caching today, and I normally take a pad to make note, for example where I left TB's etc. I left the pad in the car today but remembered I could leave comments on the Found Log section of my Oregon 550. But, How do I read them back? cheers.
  2. Its all gone tits up... Slow. Frustrating. And totally unfathomable. Why do I need to down load 548 items... to result in this page that I required... and take 4 minutes to do it? Get rid - ask me my opinion - I might pay up rather than put up with this. You've really put a spanner in the works of what was a really good activity.
  3. R E L A X ! I've got several TB's and GC's out there. 1 I took to Cornwall that was picked up by somebody calling themselves Walker Stephen (not his real name) and he held on to it for nearly 5 months only to return it to virtually my doorstep, which was not the intention. Another I launched ended up in Africa after just 2 weeks. Others I aint heard hide nor hair. Personally I like to pick them up, take 'em home, and look up their story - usually over a glass of sherry. I do however have a caching friend who goes almost everywhere with me who rarely pics up a TB "I hate the responsibility." I've just rescued a few off the top of The Coniston Old Man - been there months, and yet it's a busy tourist destination? Just goes to show. Be patient - or buy a gold fish!
  4. There were a good few days before the most recent update when the cache icons were certainly not in the right places, but if you did a refresh they would re-appear again - but in different places and still not in the right places. You could go on doing this for ages if you were totally bored and not frustrated like I was at the time - 2 days and nearly 60 caches to log at the time I wonder if the Hamsters are planning on forming a union, then an all out strike is always a possibility - Oh Heck!
  5. They are all out there now. Much to the disappointment of Mrs Incatog, mine has already been picked up, "by a gent from Honk Kong no doubt." she quipped.
  6. Four Hampshire friends acquired four Land Rover Defender Geocoins - dipped them in a Hampshire cache to baptise them, then took them all the way (351 miles) to the Lake District to launch them. The race is simply the first to get back and logged in to a Hampshire Midweek Monthly Meet. The owner of the first one back gets dinner bought by the other three. Simple! The Coins are: TB3WRRX Owned by Pompey4x4 (the innocent one) TB3WRRR Owned by Lanymags ( tha witch who's name shall nay be spake aft sun be-down) TB3WRR4 Owned by Mrs INCATOG (The Witch - full stop) TB3WRRY Owned by Mr INCATOG (May as well right this one of now - the amount of pit stops it's gonna require)
  7. Did Out Of Place today - after a long day caching, it made us chuckle.
