@Bleausardv2 it appears you do have a credit! Even if you didn't receive the email we sent, you can log into the Adventure Lab Builder to check if you have a credit. It should say "1 Adventure Credit" in the top right corner.

For more details and instructions on how to build an Adventure, see our Steps to create an Adventure Help Center article.

Well that's very good news - no email received and I didn't realise about checking in the builder! I'll get to it as soon as I can! Many thanks.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. We did not intend to close the opportunity to apply for an Adventure credit. We will fix this soon, and open it back up again.

Good news that you didn't mean to close the opportunity - I am eligible and was waiting to hear if I had been given a credit - I have a good site [well, at least in my opinion] so I'll fill in the application as soon as the glitch is resolved and try again. Many thanks

this is happening to me from time to time.

My workaround is to change something in the filter (For instance toggle the hide my caches switch) in order to force the reloading of the caches.

Up to now, this trick is succesful for me.

Many thanks - that did it!

The first troubleshooting question always asked when this issue is described:  do you have any filters set?  Try clearing them and then see if caches appear.

Thanks - I have tried that and the settings seem the same as normal; I'll try toggling something on and off and see if that sorts it - seems I'm not the only one having this problem though!

  5. I hope it's not just me - out yesterday and my iPhone app was working perfectly. Today I tried "Search - location - current location" and the phone showed my position in the centre of the correct map, but no caches loaded. I tried again - same result, so I searched by the name of the nearest town - the town appeared but once again no caches loaded?

  6. Each to their own - I happen to enjoy Lab caches as an integral part of my geocaching experience. If you don't like them, don't do them, but please don't try to spoil things for those who do enjoy them. Perhaps I've been lucky - most of my Adventure Lab series [111 individual sites] have been both interesting and informative.

  7. Critters seem to be a problem in  some places, especially if the container smells interesting! One of my [few] caches was being  found on the ground or vanishing completely - in this case I blame inquisitive sheep! I changed the container for a much smaller one and so far it's been fine [touch wood]
