  2. I may take a shot at making one. Since I build synthesizers, effects pedals for musicians and I have a TON of electronic parts, I'm thinking of making a keychain/bracelet with diodes similar to this person's design:
  3. Just find a few within your area, print out the information (if you don't have a pda to store it all) and start cracking. I'd suggest just going and signing the logs. That's what I did and I just started last week. Super Nate said it best, put it exactly where you found it. Good luck and have fun!

  5. Awesome. I did read the FAQs but I didn't see anywhere stating that you can take one without trading. Since I will be going back, I'll bring something along just to fill it the cache up some more. I already soaked the info on accurately logging a TB just didn't know about the etiquette. Thanks for the answers everyone, it definitely has been quite helpful.
  6. I just started and only have 4 finds. I never take anything because my reward is just finding them. I came across a TB on my last hunt. My question is, if I'm caught at a cache that has a travel bug, and I don't have anything to trade for it, is it ok to grab it and take it onto another cache? Logging it of course! Secondly, is it kosher to go back to the cache and take the travel bug? Reason being is I'm heading out of town (177 miles) this weekend to the state fair and I could drop it off at a cache in that region. Any help would be great and phooey for making this so darn addictive!
