Did you click on the little 'send to GPS' button on the cache page? By using the site It's implied that you agree YES It should open a new small box and show the download. Make sure you don't have 'popups disabled' on your PC. It used to but it does not anymore.

How do I agree to the geocaching.com disclaimer? I have read it 25 times (at least). I want to be able to send cache info to my GPS.

And do you need to hide special caches? And if yes, do you need to alert the site?

Do you need to buy anything (Geocoins, travel bugs, Cache Containers, Geocaching Stickers) (I don't have any of these)? And do I need to alert the website and get an event approved? (I have not yet prepared an event but might in the near future.)

No. Like if you are looking at cache info, there is a rectangle that says "Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to our terms and conditions in our disclaimer."
