I also am having a similar problem with not receiving responses to my emails. I purchased two travel bugs (stocking stuffers) on the 15th. I got back a confirmation email that told me it takes two days to process orders (if ordered before 2 pm, it was) and I paid for three-day shipping. When I emailed to inquire about it (I should have received it yesterday) I received no response. And got no response today as well.
I'm trying to be patient. I just hope that they arrive before Christmas.
