There are two ways to get Lawson/Gaskill caches - from Lyons Valley Road or from forest road on east ridge of Gaskill (see trailhead coordinates on Miragee's cache, On the Way to Gaskill). Both roads require high clearance 4-wheel drive vehicles. If you are hiking and in a group. I suggest leaving a vehicle at Lyons Valley Road then driving to forest road at east of Gaskill and hiking from there. You will have much less elevation change and from Lawson 4 to Lawson 1 is all downhill. (Use mapsource and google earth as references.)

I'm guessing it was a nasty draft notice from Uncle Sam at the dawn of WWII.

When I loaded the new version of GSAK, the coordinates for caches that I previously had "locked" were overridden to the original coordinates. (I use the lock feature after solving a puzzle cache to update the coordinates in GSAK before downloading to mapsource and GPSr.)

I refreshed and refreshed and couldn't get your image to come up on my home page. Wonder what klind of algorithm the site uses to rotate the photos. Pqmommy's arms (from Compromising Positions) seem to appear quite often When the site first started putting member photos on the home page I was quite surprised to see a photo of mine. This appeared for quite a while during February and March 2005 before the site started using lots more member photos. Any guesses where this might be?

I took one each #24 regular and misprint from Letters to Santa. There is still a #25 regular and misprint in the cache.
