No, it's just a shame that they have become rare items to find. So rare that people feel the need to go out and take them and not log them on the site and be accountable for them. That's being a thief, and I just am calling attention to it. There is/was a problem just like this in San Diego and Southern Arizona. It got to be so bad that the local cachers out there made a pact to out jeeps (white and yellow) into ONLY difficult puzzle caches or obscenely difficult to reach caches like those say.....requiring a 7 hr RT hike requiring 4000-7000 ft of elevation gain. See Newman Peak Buster Springs Another Puzzle? I placed one personally in Newman Peak outside Eloy, AZ back last December. It's still there. I placed a white one in Another Puzzle? three weeks ago in Tucson, with the caveat that any of the previous finders were welcome to log and leave it for the next finder of that puzzle as their prize. So far it's worked out well. It's just sad that there is someone who feels the need to steal them and make the remaining ones even less likely to be re-released into the wild to be poached. --TT-- I don't think it is very fair to only put these White Jeep TBs in extremely difficult caches. Not everyone in Jersey are jeep theives. Like any other TB you want to keep it moving and allow other people to get the icon. I don't see a purpose in putting a jeep in a cache that gets visited five times a year. Why punish a bunch for the actions of a few.

The parks are fine. The rest of Manhattan is horrible for reception. You end up walking back and forth over and over, it gets to be very taxing on your patience! I suggest going for open areas like the parks and along the rivers. Have Fun! Jerseytrex

Team Jerseytrex is thinking about purchasing a PDA to load all the area cache pages onto so we don't have to destroy a small forest just to go geocaching or waste tons of money on ink cartridges...... We were looking at this particular model: HP iPAQ rx3115 Mobile Media Companion But we are open to suggestions. Does anyone want to make a recomendation? And does anyone know of any good resources for getting on of these at a reasonable price? Thanks for your time and help! Mike Jerseytrex

Well I dont know anything about ND except that its pretty cold there. I would probably try and emphasize the enormity of the state by making a sceninc backdrop with huge wide open sky above. And like you said a cowboy on a horse. Maybe put a river through it.... I would try and collect some pictures of landscapes as that will probably make it easier to visualize the layout. Good Luck. Is the quote on the bottom from The BlackAdder? If so, I will let your comment slide. However, before talking junk, we shall see how everything unfolds with the new cap. Jersey still sucks though. We are gonna make out like bandits! Lamoriello was one of the architects of the new CBA. We have new arena to put asses in so you know we have to make good moves. The team thats really screwed is the Rangers. They have the highest payroll and no idea whats in the new CBA. One day soon a 600 page document is gonna arrive on the Garden's doorstep and they are gonna be scratchin their heads. The Isles need a new stadium badly. Other than that they will be fine. In fact they will be a force in the next few years I think. Im just glad there will be hockey next winter. THANK GOD! Im so sick of falling asleep to the Giants every Sunday. Go Devils!

Caches are not supposed to be hidden on private property so that shouldnt be an issue. If you feel you have to cross private land then there is probably an easier/better way to the cache you have to find. PS- If it says Office of Homeland Security (AKA Big Brother) Stay Away!
