  1. Probably just too much of that Emerald City espresso.
  2. Actually the problem I have is occasionally when I try to post a reply I get a recurring error saying I am not logged in and so I log in and get an error that I am not logged in and so on ad infinitum. At first I thought I was being banned but it didn't make sense because I have been verrry good lately. Just another moth in the ENIAC I suppose.
  3. Too bad there isn't a devining rod for massive egocentrism. This would facilitate the quest in a large way.
  4. I always trip out on this topic because I really don't give a rats what people in a crowd think as long as they are not out to lynch me ( or worse ). When you walk around in a city like San Francisco it seems that any behavior is common.
  5. Maybe you are really a guppie in disguise.
  6. Gosh but I like to hear from people who are as twisted as I am!
  7. Existing in an iron lung or permanent body cast might give you the idle time to handle this responsibility.
  8. Now that was quite the ramble dude. Congrats.
  9. I am not getting emotionally involved in this subject like I did in the last homeless rant thread. My only comment is that these people are a product of the same society that all of us live in. We are all part of the problem and I kind of feel sorry for them. Of course, I am a NIMBY too. edited for spelling
  10. I posted this before but what the heck. I have been an astronomy buff since my first telescope at age 11. Deimos and Phobos are the two moons of mars and I use both of them for screen names depending on the application or intent. My initials are DM and my fav number is 4. I guess this is about as anal as one can get and still be somewhat reasonable.

    A Missing Link?

I love these petty little squabbles. It gives me a chance to feel superior.
  12. Try a bit of sticky back velcro. Even tho I DO put mine on my hat and and HAVE had eye to eye contact with other cachers while using it the velcro can be used on darn near everthing.
  13. Boy nudecatcher, you sure have ticked off a lot of people who apparently have a lot of time to tell other folks how to live their lives. I guess Thoreau hit it on the head when he said most people live lives of quiet desperation. It is refreshing to see how many other folks think you have the right to expression as long as it is not physically harmful to others. Keep doing what you want. You certainly have my respect for the way you have protected your rights. Too bad the lawyers have to make money off of something like this.
  14. Actually, here in Kalifornia you would probably just kind of blend in. I'm glad you bested the totalitarian mentality. Keep up the good work.
  15. I think I must disagree since lab rats are bred for intelligence.
  16. It has definately added a new dimension. I like the forums too. Probably because I am easily amused.
  17. Check out the latest edition of the Computer Desktop Encyclopedia. It has some pretty good definitions of stuff like that.
  18. Yes, I like the eveready 15 minutes too. Does anyone know if they make these in c and d cells?
  19. I like micros and butter brickle and I will defend this until the ice cream cone falls out of my cold cold hand.
  20. Relax, have a good time and use some common sense. Treat other peoples caches with the respect that you want them to use with yours.
  21. It's too late. The tracking devices were in the water you drank. There are also nano explosives which will release a drug that will make you totally subservient to the next voice you hear.
