  1. I have the Nuvi 500 and absolutely love it..it is very nice having much of the information available to you as well as a way to guide you to the geocache.. My issue is with off roading..I haven't found a GPS system that meets my needs....and likely won't. So don't be afraid of the 500... It is 100 times better than the tom tom and nuvi 295w. My opinion only of course..As I have all three now.
  2. I have to tap at least 5 times and wait before the app will open now. Although it eventually comes up..it is a pain in the butt getting it to open.
  3. I am sad to report all TB's I have sent out are now gone..emailed current holders and no luck. Rest in peace TB's unfortunately I won't be sending anymore out....
  4. I will investigate this as well. I really want a all in one if at all possible.
  5. Thanks I will check into the PN 40. I have to have the Nuvi looks like it will do all I need off roading.
  6. We currently have a Tom Tom for car navigation and a Garmin Etex Legend as a handheld. We are ready to update as a Christmas present for my husband. Here is what I am in need of from a GPS. Can be used in a vehicle. Turn by turn Shows off road trails for vehicles. Paperless caching Ability to direct connect to Geocaching.com Can I get this for under 450.00 or is it impossible? What models and brands should I look for? We are huge fans of off roading-two tracking if you will. So this element is as important as paperless caching. Any help would be appreciated.
  7. Up and running..thanks for the help!
  8. Some reviewers also request that you shoot them an email (mentioning the waypoint code). They may not automatically notice if you only change the cache. Thanks sent an email to the reviewer also..and thank you!
  9. After you fixed the problems, update the listing page and then check the cache is active box and resubmit. Jim Ok I gave it a shot...thanks for the help!!
  10. I recently attempted..(poorly at that) a cache to be reviewed and posted.. It came back with the reviewer (who is very nice) stating the errors. I have fixed the errors..now my question is do I resubmit this cache as a new cache? Or now that I have fixed the mistakes I just need to wait for the posting? I have emailed and haven't received a response if its ok or not.. Any help will be appreciated.
