  1. Turning the basemap on or off doesn't seem to change it. I am glad to hear that this is normal. Thanks for the replies.
  2. Hi all. I have just installed the City Navigator North America 2011 on my GSPmap 76Cx. When I zoom out to greater than 50km, it says "no map" in the bottom, left hand corner of the screen. As soon as I zoom in to 50km or less, it says "map source". Is this normal, or do I have an incorrect setting somewhere? Thanks.
  3. While searching, I kept coming up with 3.1 torrents, but none of them worked. I guess these torrents are virus attempts rather than official releases by Ibycus. I do have the 2.1 installed, and I am very impressed with the detail and usability. I will stick with this for now, and then send the 3.1 on DVD if needed. Thanks for the help.
  4. I have been searching everywhere for the 3.1 version. I just can't find it. I have donwloaded the 2.1 version, and it looks great. I would, however, like to get a hold of the 3.1 version. Can an yone point me in the right direction? Trust me, I have done a search. I just can't locate a working torrent. Thanks.
  5. Thanks to both of you for the info. So I would select the city nav AND the topo maps that In want in one shot and all will be well? I am glad you told me that before I transferred my TOPO over! Thanks again.
  6. I just picked up a GPSMAP 76cx, and installed the 2011 city navigator onto the SD card. If I want to put other maps on there (such as a TOPO of Ontario), do I need to put it on a separate card, or can both maps reside on the same card? Also, do tracks take up lots of card space? I want the tracks to save to my SD card, but I am not sure if they are space hogs or not. Thanks for any help you can give me.
