I would like to see this working as well, since the Live Search maps look better in my area than the Google maps. As a work around do the following: Click on Collections. Select Add a pushpin. Click Save. A hassle, but better than nothing.

On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again -
Monthly Premium Membership Question

I've let my premium membership lapse a couple times. Bookmarks and PQs are definitely left intact. Not sure about ignore lists, but I would assume they will be fine as well. -

Magellan Meridian Gold Lowrance iFinder GO -
I will second the buy.com suggestion. I just purchased an iFinder GO with free shipping and no tax. I applied for a buy.com credit card and got $30 off. Total price shipped was $46.

Well, I just purchased an iFinder Go from Buy.com for $75.99 shipped. I also signed up for the buy.com credit card and got $30 off, bringing the total to $45.99 shipped. Here is the link in case anyone is interested. It says they are low on stock so my fingers are crossed that it will actually ship. http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=...32&loc=111&sp=1

I'm looking for a cheap GPS as a backup to my Merigold. My budget is around $40. I was hoping someone might have a used Etrex Yellow, Geko 101, or iFinder Go laying around after they upgraded. Dont really care about the physical condition as long as it still works and the screen is readable. Also dont care about PC connectivity as I never search more than 2-3 caches a day. Thanks.

Here is a link to Buxley's stats. The stats are a little out of date as he has not been getting new data since Aug 22.

Try this or this.

Congratulations!!! That is quite an achievement. I have found this one and its one of my favorites, its a very well done cache. Geocaching has really caught on here in Springfield. My cache, The Bait Shop, was placed on 7/8/04 and has already had about 35 visitors.

I believe you are a charter member if you payed to be a premium member the first year it was offered.

Yes, the guidelines were much looser back then.

GC.com has one too here.

Yes, you are correct. I believe the plane is called a hitchhiker. The hitchhiker and TB should always remain together.

Puzzles, Hikes, Scenery Or Searches
geojeeper74 replied to hikemeister's topic in General geocaching topics
I 100% agree with you. If I'm going to spend an hour or two hiking through the woods, I want a nice big ammo can tucked under a very obvious fallen tree or stump. The challenge for this type of cache should be in getting there, not finding it. -
The problem is on your end. Are you using MSN? See this thread. http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php...topic=79097&hl= To Markwell someone is to answer their question by linking them to a previous thread.

Virtual caches are discouraged and almost never approved. If you have a place you want people to see, you should place a traditional cache there.

Does A Logged "find" That Doesent Fit The Rules Of
geojeeper74 replied to Prairie Jeepin's topic in General geocaching topics
Yes, you are correct, those last two logs should not be considered valid finds. However, there is not much you can do about it, it is up the cache owner to enforce these rules and delete the bogus finds. Off topic: By the way, very cool avatar. -
This site has a list of the top 35 cachers. The percentiles are from May 6th, but the stats of the individual cachers are current.

Cacher's Name In Cache Log Not The Same In Profile

They must have changed their user name. The next time someone logs the cache, the username will be changed on the cache page. Edit: Markwell typed faster. -
