Spookily enough, this happened to us only this past weekend In fact, this has happened to us a few times, and we accidentally FTFed an unpublished cache that way.

I know of one local veteran friend of ours with over 10k finds who I understand has printouts of every cache he has visited, stored in umpteen ring binders at home.
