It's part of geoart so they are close to eachother.

When running a PQ of an area only 2 of 5 solved puzzles appear on the map. They are all in the PQ radius. Why are three missing?

If you avoid private property caches you'll miss some of the best ever done. This https://coord.info/GC6YDR6 maybe the best cache in the USA, 269 favorite points in less than a year. People travel long distances to do it.

While you're waiting patiently, have you tried the maps on the non-Google side? That side is mis-labelled "Leaflet" but includes various flavors of mighty OSM (superb for trails), plus the excellent Esri WorldImagery satellite view.
That side uses different code than the Google side (Leaflet is the name of the code library), and I believe the bug is absent there.
Or have we already gone through this in a parallel thread? I don't keep track.
As I stated in another post I prefer google satellite imagery. It's superior to the other and more consistent.

This is an ongoing problem that they claim are looking into it. It's been a long time and no fix. Looks like they are ignoring it, how sad.
And now one week later, more of the same. No fix, No update.

It's now more than two days since this started and more than a day since we heard anything? What's going on?

I once found one of those funny hand rolled cigarettes. No, I didn't smoke it.

I’ve thought about this topic before. Browsing the world map, there’s a cache in Northern Canada that appears to be the northernmost cache in the world. It hasn’t been found yet, except that someone did log it. People were up in arms about it and the find got deleted because that player had also logged finds in other countries on the same day.
My thought was, the only way to be sure is to check the log. That’s why we have logs and why it’s so important to sign it! Devil’s advocate: it’s not likely, but the guy could be a world traveler and he logged the cache finds later. The only way to know for sure would be to check the log....
(the log wasn’t checked because the place is that hard to get to)
So along those lines, I think in most cases we should not get too worked up and just leave it up to the CO.
Signing a log doesn't always mean the person found it. There's a well known numbers caching team that use what some call divide and conquer. That's when they split up and find caches in different areas and each signs both names.

Just stopping by to let you know that our engineers are aware of this thread and are looking into it.
Thank You, It's good to know someone is looking into this. Its more than a day old and I'm trying to make my weekly caching plan. I prefer google because of better satellite imagery and ease of use.

Why is Groundspeak ignoring this problem? It's been happening all day and no post or updates from anyone.
-
SEVEN hours later it still happens ? I guess nobody cares.

Some people use a ink stamp. Maybe this might be an option ?

Not only me. A friend called me to ask if I was having trouble as well. Looks like it's working for now.
-
Here we go AGAIN! What's going on with the web site? It's slow to not working at all.
-
I have a premium only hide that was logged recently. When looking at the audit log I see no record of this persons visit. Their profile shows last visit and created date to be the same. All finds were logged via phone. Looks like they only use their phone for anything caching related. Why is there a flaw that allows phone app users to avoid leaving a record? What's point in having a audit log if GC allows this flaw?
-
Why am I now getting blogs from GC in different languages ?

I commented on this topic and someone replied with help. I got called away before I could thank them. I'm back now and see it's gone because I was censored (deleted}. I now have no way of thanking that person, unless they see this. Thank You for your help. And the computer is still down.
If you have time to censor maybe you can tell us what's going on?

Each Wherigo cache should be 5 points unless it has 10 or more favourite points and then it will be worth 15.
Where do you see scoring for WIGs ? I don't see them listed on the score chart. Any confirmation ?

The USS Arizona Memorial is managed by the National Park Service. Perhaps no geocacher has been motivated enough to secure permission from the NPS? That's required, even for the "new" Reward Virtuals. Or, maybe someone tried and was told "no" because of the nature of the site. (I don't know; I'm just speculating.)
Someone got real motivated with this one https://coord.info/GC7B6JK . It's a shame no one cared enough about the USS Arizona.

Edit to add similarly related Listing:
The WIG name implies your taken there. If this is the case it's no different than a virtual. You are only obtaining information. There's a virtual on the front steps of the White House and many others in the Capital area.

I was shocked when I noticed the USS Arizona has no virtual. With all the old and now the new, there has never been a virtual. How is it possible this great historical location has no virtual ?
-
Once again problems with the website. Somehow I was logged out, now I can't log in. Anyone else experiencing this new gift from gc?

Same here, extremely slow to not working at all. Groundspeack needs to fix current problems before adding more changes.. I believe all the new crap is slowing things down.
cache dots continue to vanish from map

The cache dots continue to vanish from map when zooming in and out. This has been a long time ongoing problem. GS should fix this and stop worrying about getting munzee people with that AR thing.
