  1. Ok, here is a really refreshing christmas-related recipe: Iced punch on cinnamon stem 400 ml of wine, red (for children or people who do not like alcohol, you take red cluster juice) 200 ml orange juice 100 g sugar, brown 1 vanilla bean (s) 2 pieces anise (star anise) 3 carnations 3 Cardamom - Capsules 2 rods Cinnamon 1 lemon (s), grated rind 4 rods cinnamon, as stem Bring the red wine (or cluster juice) and the orange juice to boil with the sugar. Remove from heat and add the spices. Approx. 30 minutes to go. Then pour through a sieve and pour into small cups Freeze it between 3 and 4 hours. Insert into each lightly frozen punch one cinnamon stick and freeze for another 4 hours. To serve, set off the small cups and stick diagonally into glasses or coffee cups. Prep time: 15 min Rest time: about 8 hours Difficulty: easy Hope you like it
  2. I'd like to adopt it I have a Christmas Tree Geocoin for the next one I answered the adoption request from 911turbos. Thank you very much!!! Adoption request for the Christmas Tree Coin sent to fuzziebear3 fuzziebear3 answered the adoption request, now the coin is fuzziebear's and travels to Ohio
  3. Another picture for cointest 2. This was one of the coolest caches I have ever found. The cache is the roadsign! It is a real roadsign! You can turn it down and then you see the "cache sign" "geocacher xing" and have a little logbook. On the photo there's me and my friends I cache with. We searched for the cache on the whole street, walls etc. until one of us checked the roadsign. And there it was - the cache! Unfortunately some neighbours discovered cachers while finding the cache and called the police. The cachers who where at the cache when the police came were very angry because answering the questions of the police etc.took several hours. The whole police action was a real big deal in our community here, everybody talked about it. The cache had to be closed and the owner was told to make the roadsign a normal roadsign again. The owner did so and placed the cache and the cool cachesign and the loogbook under another roadsign. Well, that kind of cache was so extraordinary and surprising and we all loved it so that we took a photo with a delayed-action shutter release. We loved that cache!!! Please click on the photo to see it in fullsize.
  4. WOW, millieballon!!! That was really quick!!!
  5. Hi hollora, I have just taken a look, I sent that mail to you. Now I have sent it a second time. Have it come through? Perhaps in the spam folder? if not, please tell me, then I will send it via pm here in the forum.
  6. Cointest 2: Picture He is what I saw while I was searching for a cache. I can tell you, I was so concentrated on the coordinates on my gps device that I really was scared to death when I saw spiderman life-sized.
  7. Cointest 1 What would you do for a coin? I would hide a cache here in Germany for you (the container, logbook, items etc. I will buy, of course), you are the owner and publish it and Groundspeak will allow it, because you tell them that I will take care of it and be there in case the cache needs maintenance.
  8. All mails are out now!!! And a big thank you to Dark Elf for his clue!
  9. Krazytrolls, are you S.F.? Does anybody know? I did not get an answer to my mails, neither from the person called S.F., nor from krazytrolls. I am now sending the last mails to the participants and must know whether I can count him/her/them in. I will wait another hour for an answer and if I do not get one, the person(s) cannot be in the mission, that is not meant in an unfriendly way, but it must be sure that everybody gets his coin. can anyone help?
  10. Don't worry,I have already sent out some adresses and now will do the rest. Technic does not always do like I want
  11. Ufgatorgirl, you forgot to send your adress in the email. Please send it to me. Thanks. And Krazytrolls, is itpossible that you sent me an email but forgot to write your caching name? I have an email of a person called S. Is it you?
  12. Well, here are the cachers I have received mails from. If a cacher has written a name of a second cacher in his mail, I only mention the person who sent the mail here, because the mission for the other person may be a surprise So if you do not find your name here although you have mailed, please tell me. Steel City Babes, Crowesfeat30, Turlutortue, The Fossillady, drneal, Howlingmoon, DJ.J.Rock, Six Little Spookies, LadyBee4T, rickctroop13, Millieballon, Jug&Roon, Merchlinskys, oversizeoregon, hollora, Murphyrulez, burgessfour, Penny and Kona, darnjoesnarg, tekkguy, roolku, laval K-9, UFgatorgirl, PINGOS, kini_ont, crazybear, fuzziebear3, Mrs usyoopers, sunsetmeadow lark, Dark Elf, anne.and.eli, Dark_onyx1982, ccwashburn, Writeshoprobert

I now will make a list of all cachers I have the caching name, full name and adresses and will post the caching names here. If someones name is not in, please send me again a mail with all the necessary information. Thanks!
  14. Please everybody take a look if you sent me an email. I received 36 mails, according to the posts here there should be 38 mails.
  15. Wow, I am happy about so many people who are in this mission!!! Registration time has ended. Tomorrow I will chose per random who sends a coin to who. Please send the coin out till December, 10th.
  16. Sterni2009. You might not have sensed it, but I wrote with it with a big smile on my face. I know that according to every German kid there is only one Nikolaus, with his helper Knecht Ruprecht. I did check with Zwarte Piet for the horns though and he told me he has none Then I say sorry for misunderstanding, but I did not get the smile on your face Just thought you thought that I would not knwo who Nikolaus is and that he is not Santa and so on... Misunderstanding
  17. Welll Van Stoffelen, it might be possible that his helper is called Zwarte Piet in your country, but here in Germany he IS called Knecht Ruprecht. Even he himself is called Nikolaus here and not Sinterklaas. Every German child knows that his fellow is called Knecht Ruprecht. So what? Only because he has another name in your country, our name here is not wrong.
  18. Who is this creep visiting Sinterklaas? Well, I think it is Knecht Ruprecht (do not know how he is called in your country.
  19. Well, I am sorry, I have just seen that there is already a mission with the same name! I'll give it another name! Is that possible? Eartha, if you are there, could you please give the thread the name "One coin-Christmas-Mission"?
  20. Hello to everybody, I have just seen that there is already another mission with the "Secret Santa" name. No problem, so I rename my mission into "One coin-Christmas-Mission". Why not a "normal" Christmas mission? Well, because here, you only send one coin to another person and get one coin from another person. That is because I think there could be some people who would like to join missions but do not have that much money and cannot afford bying two coins and other Christmas stuff. And hey, I am really happy about one coin and perhaps a nice Christmas card So, everyone who is interested, please mail me your caching-name, your real name, your adress and your email addy. I will choose by random who sends a coin to who. The person you send the coin to is not the person you receice your coin from. Please send me your message to: sterni2009caching@gmx.com After sending me your message, please post here in the forum. I will wait until December, 6th and then send you the adresses from the person you please send the coin to. Please post again here in the thred when you have received the name of your partner, sent out a coin and received a coin. Of course, I will join the mission, too, if it is ok for everybody. Thanks and happy Secret Santa!
  21. Hi opalsns, just wanted to say thank you for that cointest!
