Ok. I'm trying to log my kids on a premium cache that we found together. It's not giving me the found option. Only note, maintenance, dnf, and archived. I just did one a few weeks ago, and now it won't let me.

You are fine. Our daughter is almost 9 and our son is 6. They both love caching with us, and it will be easy back tracking for us to find which ones they were with us on. Told our daughter not to be upset because her brother was going to have more finds than she would do to him being at a big event with us. I think our kids will continue on when older. So far everyone has sided with me.....they were there, and they should get the credit and just post it as signed with our family name. Some caches were much easier to reach with a smaller body.

Ok, so after months of our two children asking to have their own geocaching accounts......we agreed and set them up. I feel that all the caches that they were with us from our first find until we created their accounts should count as finds for them. Hubby feels that only the finds that we have signed "their" names on should count for them. So, here we are......a dilema that we are curious to see what the masses think on the matter. I don't feel that it's right not to count those previous finds that were under our "family" caching name......some caches would be fun to go find again, but some have been archived, and I really don't want to have to retrace about 500 caches or so just to put their individual names on the logs. The funny thing is that hubby will be so shocked that I actually posted something on the forum.....lol.....he knows how much I look at the forums and listen to the podcasts. Looking forward to reading any responses and thanks for your time/input.
