Probably not if he doesn't have a valid e-mail address. I would post a "needs maintenance" and if nothing changes in 3 months a SBA. I don't think we need caches without owners. I posted a "needs maintenance" back in june and nothing has been done. It is a very extreme cache and there is no log or lid. I actually signed the container in hopes that it would be repaired and I could prove that I actually got up there.

I was wondering if there was a way to replace or adopt a cache from an owner that can not be contacted? I really love this cache that I found but it is need of work. The owner has not been caching for about 1 1/2 years and his e-mail address is not verifyed so I can not contact him. Should I request it to be archived, fix it and submit it as a new cache or is there a way to adopt it?
