  1. It seems Joeybot has become Autojoey. http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=80...3f-7935310c712d
  2. I am not much of a numbers person, but once in a while the urge overcomes me to get an easy urban cache. Deciding when to go is the hard part. Do I want to try to do it during the day, and try to blend in with all the people, or at night when there aren't many people around? Certainly at night, in urban settings, someone looking around lamp posts and sneaking around a parking lot stands out quite a bit. Generally in either of the situations I feel terribly uncomfortable, so the mood really has to be right for me to try an urban cache.
  3. Almost 19 years as a Fire/EMS dispatcher.
  4. I think a female jogger should actually be called a juggle.
  5. I wonder if the detectives signed the log when they found the cache??
  6. I happened to be looking for a GPSr for use at work, and searched in Google and came across the Geocaching web site. The more I read about it,the more I became interested. I ended up buying a Garmin Legend, that was over a year ago. I did a few caches, then sort of set the GPSr aside, but continued looking at the web site religously. Finally at the beginning of last month, I got back into it, and the obsession is coming back in full force. If we are going anywhere, I always check to see if there are any interesting caches nearby.
  7. For me (us) it is a combination of things. I like the fact that many caches take us to places that we would have never seen if it wasn't for Geocaching. This also allows the kids to see these places and learn new things, however, it is finding the toys or other neat things within the cache that they enjoy.
