Fair point Fuchsia, With hindsight I probably should have thought of that first - but unfortunately I had just got back from ANOTHER unsuccessful search for it and wasn't thinking logically!! Hi All, To any London based cachers, have any of you found GC1PPH1 Gherkin yet? I work just around the corner from where I'm sure it is hidden and I have been down there looking for it a number of times (at least 5) yet I just can't find it!! Can anyone provide any tips? I'm not asking for exact locations as I know that's not in the spirit of things - just a small clue to lead me in the right direction would be nice! Many thanks in advance! Dave

Hi all, Does anyone know if there are Cachers out there who write about their caching experiences in a blog? I am still very new to caching but I'm really enjoying it and would be interested in reading about other people's experiences - I just don't know where to look!! My best so far is 3 finds + 1 DNF on my birthday on the Sunday just gone! However, we are VERY new to this plus we have to push our 1 year old son round in his pushchair at the same time!

Hi all, My family and I are very new to Geocaching but love the idea of it and had our most enjoyable day out for a long time when we found our first one on Monday, however it is fast becoming clear that we will need to put together a caching kit. Could any of you help with suggestions/ideas of what will possibly be needed? At the moment all I can think of are: A torch Gloves A small first aid kit A pen. I'm sure I am missing some essential items but my mind is drawing a blank! Thanks in advance for any help!
