Double Dart

I have just tried to install the geocaching app to download caches to my new PC. When I go to download the cache the message 'plug-in not successfully unlocked' appears. Re installing does not fix the problem. I have seen the other posts with this problem, but cannot find how to fix it. What can I do. Posted at 12.35 pm Don't think so.
