Worked good for me, had to order a full set. Great coin idea!

Rumors have that there will be a hog roast at camp site # 12. Anyone else hear that rumor??
-
Is that upwind or downwind ? Guess we'll all find out.

I have to agree with you GerbilMafia on that one. I didn't know there were any out there like that. But if the caches are placed in the same respect as they would be in a cemetery, then it's not too tacky. Respect should always be considered in placing caches near memorials (or gravesites), as someone can get the wrong impression of geocaching and we'd all pay for a few problem caches.

Looks great, love the red one. What does the back look like?

Just post a note and click on geocoin in your inventory to place in cache.

Don't forget to get me names for nametags. The picnic is just around the corner and I want everyone to have a nametag if they are going to be there. I have a few that have signed up on the cache page but have not sent me their first name or how many is going to be there. You can email me at this address. jprairie@rtccom.net Thanks Prairiepartners Pam

I take it that there is no other way to buy a silver single coin? sold only in sets, right?
-
Found this coin today but not clear if it's legit or not
Prairiepartners replied to TopangaHiker's topic in Trackables
Looks like someone sent out a copy of their coin instead of the real one. You might want to contact the owner to see if thats what they did. -
Geocoins- do i have to buy them or can i make them myself?

Do people take pre-sales to fund making coins?
Prairiepartners replied to rinseandspit's topic in Trackables
I don't want to sound rude here, but I really don't see what the length of time I've been geocaching really has to do with it. If I've been going it for a day, or the past 25 years....how does either one effect my ability to design a coin in illustrator and enter my credit card number into a form at a website? Again, I am not trying to be a jerk or start a fight, but why would you discourage someone new to the sport who was interested in doing something like this? -RinseAndSpit Think what he is trying to say is that in order to get people to prepay on a coin that is personal. A good geocaching history is a plus! Otherwise it just seems to be another commercial geocoin and we all know there are plenty of those already out there. -
Happy Birthday!! Most of the good jokes I know, I cannot post here..

Congrats Wayne!!!! You the man!! Keep them coming!!

Yep I've been to Gencon years ago, it was interesting then, but geocaching is what it's all about now. I agree with Team Shydog, weeds, bugs, briars and poison ivy sounds more fun now!

Do they geocache at GenCon?
-
Maybe you can have them check their email and respond to the problem coin club coin that I recently received.
-
First thing I would do would be to log it out of the cache and the second thing I would do is move it to another cache.
-
You the man!!! WTG Gary, glad you are finding time to get out and cache! See ya soon on the trails !
