  1. Why can't keyword be a filter within the PQ to begin with?
  2. Anyone want to take pity on someone who couldn't get on the computer today to get a magic coin? Looks like they sold out fast. Check out the trading list in my sig. I've had a long day so I'm going to bed now. If anyone emails, I will get back to you ASAP. Thanks!
  3. *shudder* Those pictures give me the willies! Almost worse than the real thing - maybe because they are bigger? Great job!
  4. I would trade my personal coin for one.
  5. You already have one of my personal coins. If you want to trade for something else in my trading list, let me know (link in sig). I will have a 2007 coin, but not until, well, 2007.
  6. I have to agree on the bike - nice! I hope you checked with Pepsi for use of their logo as the icon. Just kidding, but that is the first thing I thought of when I saw it: Pepsi
  7. OK. So I got a set and am trying to figure out which one is the gold and which is the copper. Neither one looks very copper-ish to me. Is it the one at the bottom in your picture above?
  8. A couple TBs I met at an event recently. I haven't logged them yet................(that doesn't sound right ). It's a Bug's Life Walkin' Talkin' Cachin' BunnyFuFu Geo TB A geocoin, IMHO, is a die cast / stamped metal object, regardless of trackability or shape (though generally flat, but not wafer-thin if you know what I mean), that has some relevance / reference to geocaching. Wasn't it only last year that Groundspeak opened up tracking to coins that were other than Moun10Bike and USA? There were lots of geocoins made before that. I agree that the items that are the topic of this discussion are appropriately named as geo-tokens. Thanks go to HH for clarifying that on his website.
  9. Lots of people put an outline of the state they live in on their personal coins (I did!). It just gives people an idea about where you do a lot of your caching - in no way does that make it a "state" coin. I agree that the falcon look awesome 3-D. I personally would not put a bunch of color around the 3-D, but that's just my opinion. Maybe make the flip side 2-D with colors? Icons are nice, I like collecting them. But it does not determine whether or not I will get a coin.
  10. My friend and I had the idea for a tick coin last spring, but neither one of us felt like actually getting it made. Glad somebody else did! Guess I'll have to get a couple then, huh? Edit: I love the quote "You'll never walk alone" LOL
  11. These coins have really shaped up nice! I would definitely be interested in getting both sets.
  12. I leave my untrackable geocoins in special caches as swag. They are meant to be traded out by the finder, not moved along. Trackable coins are usually meant to be travelers. Like was said above, put in the number and see what kind of history / goal it has. If it is not activated and it has no instructions with it, it is yours to do with as you like.
  13. Gemme one each of this here fine booty or ye'll be walkin' der plank!
  14. I'll take a couple - purchase or trade.
  15. There are 200 of the LE gold. Can you tell us how many silver are being produced?
  16. According to geocoincollection.com, I have 464 in my keeping list and 77 in my trading list. And I have released about a dozen to the wild. My name is Jennifer and I'm a geocoin junkie. (Hello, Jennifer.)
  17. Well, I think it's cute! I'd easily take at least 2.
  18. I am actively seeking a MWGB Passing the Torch. My trading list is in my sig line. Make me a ridiculous offer - I might just take you up on it!
  19. Wow! My daughter loves fairies. If she found one of these, it might make her like geocaching again! Maybe the fairy will come to Wisconsin too.....
  20. Alabama - alphabetically first. Seriously, that is what I thought of.
  21. I must have any coin that glows in the dark or features night caching! I hope I can get 3.
  22. Same here. The emails eventually get deleted, but I keep everyones info along with the coins traded and dates sent / received. If I need to contact anyone at some later time, I have their caching ID to use.
