Thinking of ipad for geocaching...any thoughts?

Getting to a geocache and either having no pen or my pencil has broken!!Most of my irks are towards myself. "If only I had......." The last time out geocaching a walker's map would have shown me that the caches were on alternate banks of a river going north!!! Bah!!!

There are a wide variety of different caches..some require a bit of brain power before leaving the armchair...some require a bit of planning...some require a sense of humour.....think out of the cache/box. Take photos/add a decent find log.....and even get to setting your own caches and make them unique...watch the logs roll in and see your popularity grooooooow. The

I am trying to make a wallpaper for my cache listings. I have posted image on Picassa,made viewing on Picassa 'Public', copied URL from URL window at top of Picassa page, pasted same in 'Background image URL ' box on cache editing page ....and got no results. Any hints would be appreciated.

We have just paid in to Premium Membership. How long before we can access extra info on our Garmins. We have two Garmins registered to our Geocache account....will we be able to get Premium Membership info on both Garmins?
