Thank you so much that is exactly what the problem was and I was able to log by doing as you suggested.

I am using an iPhone 7 with version 6.7.0 of the official geocaching app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, using different hotspots, and even turning Wi-Fi off all together but nothing so far has worked. I still keep getting the message that my username does not exist, but I can log in from either my computer or my tablet with the same username the only device I can't log in from us my phone.

I have always had the apostrophe in my nickname and I have never had a problem logging on until now.

Every time I try to log on using the iphone app, I get the error message an account with your username dose not exist. It also wont let me log on to the website from my phone even though I know my username and password are correct.
