Hello! We have introduced a few people to caching but cannot formally be their friends because both theirs and our profile say that I am not accepting friend requests - how the flippin heck does one change this?

Am losing my patience with Geocache navigator. It was fine during the 30 day free trial but ever since paying for a years subscription it has been playing up. Problem 1 = every now and then it tells me I don't have an account and I have to put in my phone number and PIN all over again (then it's usually fine) Problem 2 = as of last night when I ask to see the logs relating to a cache it says "no further logs availible for this geocache" (and the spelling mistake is theirs not mine!!) Can anyone help? H x

Hiya wondering if anyone can help! I paid $30 for my premium membership and I am still listed as a basic member...who do I contact to sort this out? Is the $30 seperate to the amount I pay to have trimble outdoors on my Blackberry? H xxx

Hello! Wonder if you can help. Have bought geocache navigator. On my blackberry it says "initialising" then it asks for my phone number and PIN. Which PIN? Where do I find it? Please help I'm not very technically minded Helen xx
