I have seen a few bugs complete their goals and the owners just give them new ones, once their goal is fullfilled. IE: Going to Mount Rushmore, once there the owner will changed it to something like go to Rio De Janiero. Everyone who picks up the bug will usually go to its page and see the current goal its to do. After reading lots of reply to this topic, I will from now on use zip-ties rather than the chain/latch contraption the bugs come with. I will make sure not to leave any room for scissors, knife, etc......to cut through. Thanx Snoogans. Shannicat

When you find a jeep bug is dropped off near you and SHOULD you be a lucky one to find it, after you log in the serial #, do you put it in another cache for someone else to find?

I was wondering how to be able to put an icon next to your screenname. I don't have any photos, my digital camera was just ordered, so where can I get icons from?

We have found that you're best bet is to look for things that are "UNnatural". Sticks that wouldn't just fall that way, rocks that couldn't possibly land like that.......ect........... Wish you HAPPY HIKING!

When you purchase a travel bug and put it in a cache, ,do you always get an e-mail everytime it's been moved?

We just purchased our first travel bugs and I can't seem to be able to "PLACE IT IN A CACHE" on my main page. It's only giving me the option to "Write a note". Is this what I'm supposed to do and say I dropped it off?
