Ok, then. If that's the case there isn't a point in turning it off. I was wondering if it would increase the accuracy of the unit . I don't know that mine needs changed but the info is useful.

I wish I had knew about the stick lol. Water is a nice idea also. I don't know if there are caches in my area that would require water. Or that you would be out there long enough to need it. The waypoint to the car is a really good idea...So YES!!! Have lot's of water!!!

You only get back 60 %??? No wonder I am not getting bites.I'll just keep it for that. Worth keeping to just play with. It is fun. And I did virtual caches my forst few times without a gps.

Magellan Meridian Color Traveler pack for sale $330 + shipping. Includes the carry case but is minus the spanish owners manual. Is in excellent condition. Had about a month. I don't get to cache as much as I would like. Plus other hobbies need completed.

I am all for god. Not as close as I would like to be but on the right track. Tracks and brochures I personally feel should be left out of the caches. I think they are to easy. I wouldn't mind however finding info on really inspiring readings in the bible. For example a sig item say a Gods eye(the kind made with popsicle sticks and yarn where the kids get involved making them) and attached a note with a verse on it or where in the bible you can look up a certain inspiring verse.
I think that would be cool.
As far as people doing this to " Get away from it all " Same thing could be said about a movie. Imagine what your subjecting yourself to then? It's all the same really. You decide what you want to do with the info.

So I can get some clay and make my own? I was looking at some and can see how they could be a collectable. They are pretty cool. If I decide to get some I will try and write something to send with mine on the importance of its journey. The people that send it on it's way play a special part in the completion of its task. By logging it in they in turn become a part of history so to speak.

I just found it in my tank( Saltwater Aquarium )room. I had it down there for some unknown at this time reason.

I can't find the camouflage tape that I bought to camouflage a pill container. LOL
I used some of it one a decon container and fim container and now the rest is missing.

Finding Money While Geocaching.

Many homeless people hide money while they try and save for a place to live. Being homeless and living on the street while carrying money just doesn't mix. They might wonder around all day looking for cans and carry enough money for that day(food,drinks...ect) and hide the rest in a safe spot to return to it later.
