i just got me a garmin Vista an im clueless what to do next. i got the basics on using it. but wen i zoom in closer to me everything is black an all there is is an arrow. how do i get a more detailed map. wat do i got to do to get it cache ready.

Im new to geocaching and want to started rite away. i have found to handhelds im interested in. but i want other opinions on them first.money is not an option as long as there under 200. they are (Garmin eTrex Venture Handheld GPS) and the other is (Garmin eTrex Summit HC Handheld GPS) plz tell me whats do u recomend or would choose. there fualts or whats good about them an there differences. thanks also the venture is onsale at walmart for $109 origanal price is $199. the summit is $174. I also see a (Magellan Triton 400 Handheld GPS ) how would this go against the etrex's. Any info would help thanks
