BB is good, I have an Iphone that I use for cache hints, but BB is only as good as the nearest tower. One you lose signal, no more GPS on your BB. A GPSr just needs a clear view of the sky. I am not knocking the BB, but I wouldn't use it exclusively.

move to a country where gun possession is not a constitutional right Canada would be a good place, you might get whacked over the head with a frozen trout but that's about it, you can barbecue it once is defrosted Hey it's summer here in Canada. We would use a live trout. you do have a point though. Never had that problem up here, but I'm from the Maritimes. Seems lke we are experiencing the same thing we did last weekend. Anyone else having this trouble?

Hi all. i was wondering of anyone knew why we can only do the my finds Pcoket Query once a week? we can do an number of queries every dayu, but not this one? Am I the only one this bothers? Do you think GS should allow My finds PQ once per day?

My first question is , Why SHOW the tables? We know they were all there before, we don’t want to see them. 2nd, the white space is annoying, and they decreased the size of boxes to make white space. I usually copy and paste the cache listings in a word doc, and they used to go nicely, Now they are clunky and messy I agree with everyone when they say , “What were you thinking”. I would love to hear from someone who designed this, to at least here them defend this visual and technical atrocity.

The unit only show the 50 closest when you have it set to find by distance, change it to find by name and it will display all of them, like up to 500 maybe. You can collect all the stored waypoints by transferring them to MapSource Trip & Waypoint manager and see how many are really in the unit. thanks. I searched by name and there they were

I purchased my gps in September of 2009. When I load geocaches/waypoints to it from software, or from the geocaching.com website using the Garmin plugin, I can only load 50 or so. My aunt purchased the same device some 3 months earlier, and she is able to load hundreds into the unit. Her device has a different menu, I assume due to my upgrading the software upon purchase, which she didn’t do due to no internet access. I purchased this unit based on her experience and ability to load so many waypoints in the unit. I am disappointed that it only allows me to do 50. Is this normal for this unit, or is there something wrong? I am using a combination of Gsak and Easygps. I also use the Garmin plugin for IE. On the geocaching.com website. Do you think the software update would have caused the lack of memory? Is there a way to find out how much memory is used? I have posed these questions to Garmin and am waiting a reply/
