What is this in the attached photo? I'm guessing it's a tracking device. I have tried entering the <tracking code removed by moderator, public tracking number is TB6MC6P> code here: https://www.geocaching.com/track/travelbug.aspx It appears to be for an item in Germany but I found it in the Atlanta, GA area. TIA.
