  1. I've now got it working For anyone that has the same problem. I downloaded the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 Redistributable Package but did not install it. It automatically saves this as NETCFSetupv2.msi on my PC. I then extracted all the files (using WinRAR or 7-zip) and found all the files containing CAB e.g. F_NETCFv2.ppc.armv4.cab.7268F488_53D1_4565_BEEC_1251BC587315. These are then renamed to end with .cab (e.g. F_NETCFv2.ppc.armv4.cab) and transfered using the SD card onto my pocket pc. I then installed every file that was compatible. Afterwards I copied across the Wherigo installer .cab and the Wherigo player now opens, albeit very slowly.
  2. Hi, I am having the same problem. I do not have a cable for my mio 168, so I am copying the PlayerInstall.CAB onto my SD card and then installing the player. I have installed the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 Redistributable Package onto my computer before copying the file across, but as expected this didn't help. I have the Wherigo player application but it does not open. Any help would be appreciated. Physwiz
