I can't agree with John Cravens comments that caching doesn't involve climbing trees - i distinctly remember having to climb a tree to find one of Simply Pauls own caches!

Have you entered . I dont seem too have it I tried last night but it said it was closed? Haven't entered it before but thought i'd have a go.

My most expensive thing has been a new pair of boots after completely walking the soles off my last pair in just 6 months!

As bottom spot is being vied for by a few i'll opt for 2nd to bottom

So next time i'm caching in Bucks and someone starts nattering at me i'll wonder if it's you

Here in the uk we have a material called rip stop that most walking trousers are made out of, from the budget ones to the top of the range ones. It's nice and cool in summer, not cold in winter and doesn't rip if you catch yourself on brambles or anything like that. Might be worth looking around to see if you can find the same kinda thing.

They tend to stand 2ft away from where i want to search for the cache around here Ho hum, adds to the sense of adventure

Ooohhh, i'd love an avatar please? I've never been able to find a really nice picture of a female elf with dark hair and eyes............ I was known as elf by everyone at school, due to huge dark eyes and sharp cheekbones

It jsut means i can go out caching this sunday morning and work up an appetite for my sunday roast and look forward to a lazy morning the following week

I'll be going to the NEC - looking forward to the Land Rover off road course thingy again outside

Sometimes i'm organised enough to make a flask of coffee before heading off - depends how many times i hit snooze on the alrm before getting up Normally got some sweets in my bag but usually find a KFC or McD (best friend got me hooked on fillet of fish, yum!) for lunch and more coffee. Not the healthiest of lunches but after a long walk on a cold day it tastes good and i can convince myself the exercise whiel finding the caches balances it out!

LOL Stuey - you couldn't be searching in the wrong bush for that one! If only they were all that easy to spot

Aquarius - and spookily like the description - although i'm not sure if that's good or bad

LOL we've done that too Started the cache just as the light is fading and ended up finding our way back to the car in the dark a few times. There's one or two spooky sounding ones in Bucks, maybe some of Sp's i can't remember that i'd love to attempt in the dark, but not on my own
