  1. Hello Wegge, I paid with credit card... the receipt said "unlike paypal you don't need an activation code" i haven's received one... so far so good. Any other ideas, please? Thanks Holkf

  3. Hello officials, I paid my Premium Membership days ago. Money was debited on 15th of november and my nickname is not yet upgraded. I sent a mail via the contact form on geocaching.com but no reaction. What can I do to get what i paid for, please? Order Number 119714 I wanted to have Holkf upgraded. Please help me! Yours, Holkf

  5. Hi when type in the number in the form, I was logged in. I try it many times. The first time was after minutes...the last after a couple of days... Thanks for Help. I had also wrote a mail to Groundspeak, say said it give some problems with paypal in the moment.
  6. Hello, I have Problems to get my Premium-Membership. I have paid via PayPal, but i dont get an email with the S-****** Number. When I tried to put the Number from the PayPal Invoice in the registration form (that is also starting with an S-****) it says membership doesnt exist. What is wrong. Unfortunately i paid two times for it, but it doesnt work.... If there a problem with the server? Or is there a special trick??? Sorry, for my english, hope you understand the problem.
