How do you know how much memory is left?

oops, I found out what the silver thing with the red dot is. It's the "Position Bug" which indicates direction of movement.

On the satellite page, what does it mean when there are letter D's in the bar graphs? And what is that silver ball with the red dot that's on the outer circle.

Tried easygps, it does not list 60c as supported gps. I don't think it supports USB either. I didnt say easygps, I said easyMPS. Do a google search sorry, was in rush to get to class. I'm a lazy reader. it's my first day. rookie mistake.

Yeah, I know about trips and waypoint manager<_<. I've been cutting and pasting waypoints off the site and uploading them onto my 60c through that program instead of punching them in manually. What I'm asking is, can I just download the *.loc or *.gpc file and upload it directly into the gps? You know, like using easygps.

How can I download waypoints into my 60c directly through the USB interface? I really don't want to enter manually, I get finger cramps . I tried looking through the manual but it's been pretty useless. The Garmin website was no help either.

What programs are people using to upload waypoints to their Garmin GPSMAP 60c. I tried EASYGPS but it doesn't have GPSMAP 60c on its list of supported units. Tanks. Opps, nm. I think I'm gonna try the CD that came with it.

Are all regions unlocked for City Select Ver 5 ?

I just ordered my first GPS unit so I can go geocaching!! Found out about geocaching from reading a review on amazon.com. I'm getting the Garmin GPSMAP 60. Do you guys have any suggestions as to which mapping software would be right for me. Are the software from Garmin the only option I have?I want to use the GPS primarily for driving. Any help would be appreciated
