Hi there, I'm about to go to Spain this sunday and i was hoping to go caching there. But very unlucky as i am, i'm temporarely out of a gps I'm going to Malaga, is anybody willing and present in the neighborhood to rent me a gps or take me along for a cache? I would really like to do a cache there since that would be my first outside of Holland, also i got a TB i'd like to drop off there. Desperate as i am, i greet.... Sim

Hehehehe... well, i know the "duh" feeling....

I did a cache pretty recently, that had some "false" hints in it... u should have seen the look on my face when it said, don't swim in the pond, think b-4 u act... and that in the center of town with no water for miles around... It turned out to be a joke, and i have to admit, there was a pond... x-ept it was just a few inches wide... really funny guys... The cache container made up for the cofusement... what a wonderfull find that was. I don't mind false hints if they were meant to be funny.... It's not so funny if the area has changed due to renovations and stuff like that, so keep an eye on your cache to make sure those things don't occur. It's always quite a dissapointment.

I really looooove those creative caches, found 3 recently that were quite creative, logged them with great respect for the creators! I'm planning to place one of those wonderfull caches myself in the future, i'm still working on some ideas... Keep up the good work everybody!

Well i'll make sure not to make-out close to any hidden caches But it is tempting, especially in the summer!

Well isn't that a funny remark... I happen to be a redhaired female cacher... o yeah, got into it by a close friend of mine. I go out caching alone or with my cache-buddy's. Good luck with this thread! p.s.: i'm not a natural redhead

Sounds to me like u had no trouble finding your way through Amsterdam at all! It's really great u could do all those caches in your limited time. Hope u enjoyed your visit, and the weather really was nice...

I would advice the "Lang parkeren" cache also, it's a really kewl one! Two other nice caches for a short visit to Amsterdam could be the "Bordeaux" (nice and short) and also the "under the bridge" cache because it shows a "different perspective" from the city Have fun when you get there!

As a mather of fact i'm from Amsterdam myself! So if u'd let me know when u r coming to Amsterdam, i could help u find your way. I could even point u to some ppl from whom u might rent a gps, or take u caching myself. About the red-light district: it's true that it's not that hard to find, but i could show u around anyway.
