I hardly ever post on the forums now, but for this thread feel i must.
It is so nice to see so many old face's here.
Back in 2001 when i started there were roughly 57 caches in the country, and to look at what has happened now is quite incredable.
I still enjoy it as much as i did when i first started, although i do tend to do more events than anything else these days

my poor old eyes do not like the small print in my old ref books these days and the books are fading as I don't normally use them nowadays what with Wikipedia and other online info services, but as the rules say no Googeling I presume that included Wikipedia type services.
Just found a reference to Barbicide and it seems that it is a disinfectant used in barber's shops.

Maybe the answer is, keep the Geocaching site free, but Premium members get priority when things get busy, ie non-paying cachers get logged off -or aren't allowed to log in until things are less busy...
And when things get REALLY busy, us Charter Members get to bump you 'orrible Premium Members off the site.

I just received a package today containing four (4) UK coins that I didn't purchase.
I'd already received the one I ordered a couple days ago.
Mine came from Maplewood MN, if Ms Montez would get a hold of me regarding things via email (no email for her was in the package), we can coordinate getting the extras back to you so you can get'em to the right person.

Hi everyone,
gcocoins.com the makers of the EU and UK coin will be handling sales and distribution of the Finland. coin. It will not be shipping until mid-January and I do not want to start taking orders too far in advance of distribution. So it will be a week or so before this happens.
I will let everybody know by posting on the geocoins forum.

It looks like UK coins were received yesterday in Illinois, Iowa and Indiana. We alre delivering them in State order. You guys in Wyoming are going to have a long wait.

So, when can we reasonably expect to see these?
They are due to ship out early next week in the States and the week after in the UK.
Everything is on schedule to meet the delivery dates that I promised.
I am hoping that orders will be available for collection at Fruity's event on the 10th December, and at the Xmas meal in Morecambe on the 11th, but until I actually have the coins in hand, I'm not willing to make any promises.
The COULD also be available at the Alibags event on the Saturday 10th if anyone wants to zip up to S Derbyshire on the Saturday morning and collect them from Simon

The wait list for UK geocoins is now closed.
With the amount already on there, there is no prospect that anyone added to the list from now will get any coins.
I hope to know by the weekend how many from the current wait list will be able to get what they want.
If you have already had an invoice and not paid yet. It would be nice if you could do so now.
