  1. We have confirmation that the latest test versions worked and the first sample photos came in looking stellar last friday. I'm hoping to get out some new photos in a few days. The mint initially said they would ship by the end of Feb, but now it's looking like first week of March if things progress smoothly. We were initially having trouble getting some of the two-tone combinations we were asking for, but we've worked it out now. I'll update asap, I promise! :)

How about showing more of the artwork in the meantime - PLEASE!!!!

Yes a little more would do wonders for all of us waiting in the wings. :anicute:

  2. I received confirmation that they should be finished with production in a few weeks, but they'll give us photos to post sooner. GxProxy told me they're not pre-selling, but they are compiling a "first contact" list and anyone who wants to be put on the list can send them an email at support@gxproxy.com and just put "Eye of the Dragon Contact" in the subject line. An email will go out to everybody on the list once the coins have finished production and either shipped or in hand in Texas. Thank you for your interest, can't wait to show you some more :)

    And done.. :P

  3. A huge thank you to whoever continues to keep me in mind when sending out these little gems!

I have no idea when this came in the mail as my ever so helpful daughter put the mail on my computer desk while I was out one day, it then somehow got buried under all the ummm "stuff" I keep there <_<

Yesterday I received a coin I had purchased and I was showing her when she asked what was the other coin I got, some confusion and a long line of questioning found the envelope close to where she put it

Thank you so much for your amazing generosity that continues to warm our hearts every time we see posts on the forums or are lucky enough to be included. May all your needs and wants be met! B)

  4. Thanks for the early votes of confidence everybody! I've been back and forth with the mint all through Christmas Eve, Christmas and yesterday getting the details worked out. I'm hoping to hear from them again today so we can move forward to minting this week **fingers crossed** and show more pictures :) GxProxy.com is producing this particular design and it should be available very soon. We were hoping to have them in time for the Holiday, but decided getting it perfect was more important than getting it fast so we opted for samples in hand. I'm glad we did, too because I had to make a change for the reverse side that will pump up the contrast! Have a great weekend and I'll update as soon as I can on the available finishes. :santa:

It all sounds and looks (from what we can see so far) amazing. I Can't wait.

  5. I check here daily to see what is going on, tho it is a quick read these days :tired:

I was then forced to brake a vow to never have a FB account... to follow the coins

So I get my daily fix from both areas now, but I do prefer the forums.

Mind you a cointest seems to bring a few out of the woodwork, I must run one soon as I think I am one behind (get a coin give a coin)

    :P

  6. Shipping info received.

Note to organisers when dealing with non US clients please consider that customers come from all over the world, so we may not know your local couriers so a tracking number and nothing else, such as a link to go along with it is quite useless.

yes Google helped me in the end but only after some searching.

  7. All orders have shipped! I am not sure how BOREK got his coins last year. Great shipping if it showed up last year. We are looking into that and will get your the correct tracking. We just received these yesterday and have gotten these shipped out. Trades are all set to ship out today if yours was a NOVEMBER Version.

The coins look great. If anyone has any left let us know. We are getting lots of emails requesting all versions and would love to pass them on to you if you still have some left.

    No shipping info here yet...

  8. Today I have received a note via e-mail, stating the coins have been shipped.

That leaves merely 20 days for the coins to cross borders and customs.

Fingers are crossed, time is short. Considering the coins must have been sitting in Geoswag's hand since before the November event, they could have taken out of the process this extra stress for all international event hosts.

    Oh well...

I received note via e-mail yesterday too. USPS tracking number for my shipment displayed information: Your item was delivered in IRELAND at 1:15 pm on July 19, 2012.

    WOW!

  9. Yipee! The Michigan coins arrived today and they are gorgeous if I do say so myself!!! I'm very pleased with the way they turned out.

They will available first to the event attendees. If there are any left over after the event I can put you on the reservation list and let you know afterwards.

sure put me on the list. do you know the price?

    thanks mo pirate

Got ya on the list and will let you know after the event. We are asking $12 each + shipping. I haven't weighed these beauties yet but there are heavy.

    Looking good LadyBee4T

It is SCARY to find out there is nothing spooky or frightening Down Under ... or even in Sweden ...

What DO you folks do on Halloween night ... ??? ... remember ... this is a 'family friendly' site ...

Oh don't get me wrong nevadanick we do Halloween in the AlliedOz household.

But we are only a handful that bother in Oz, and nobody ticks or treats, so we hold a party instead.

Tho in saying that we have found year on year more stuff in the shops (just not cards yet... yet.)

I used to make all our own stuff or just make do, attached a couple of pics I took on my garage as we sort out what we have for this years party, sorry they are so big, only after I uploaded them I realised how big they are.
