  1. E-Mail sent, if it is not what I'm thinking, then it is a freaky coincidence that it matches
  2. I was at work in a very busy area with the normal Wednesday night patrons filling the room, I then had an urge to check my e-mails on my phone, something I never bother to do. I saw Kats e-mail and hit the link without even thinking... It was then a couple of nerve wracking minutes trying to remember passwords, fending off customers heading my way and wondering if my paypal account had enough funds. I do not know what made me check, but the timing was perfect and I was one of the lucky ones. Thanks Kat, BTW was I close with my 3 Minute sell out call ? Now Mrs Jackalgirl the offer below is still there if you do not have the other versions, I currently have your Australian 9-9-9 and a Satin Gold around Satin Silver/Nickel Tengwar sitting here with some other stuff for summer that I have been an a** and not sent yet, but now just waiting for your Lotus choice and maybe an address confirmation as it has been so long. You've got a unique set -- one that even I won't ever have. : ) -- Kat I owe you so much Kat, so if that's true you have (will have once I get my order) any one of my extras... name your preference. Along with the 9-9-9 Australia I owe and the stuff we bought for Summer that she has probably grown out of but we will send any way.. for your next child Bloody life got in the way of the important things like Geocaching, coins and paying back those who have been so nice to us. sorry! edit for speeling
  3. Just checking and not wanting to add to the confusion but when I submitted my colour choices Emma mentioned that the outer ring was recessed metal only so my colour choice there did not count. Sorry if this as been corrected somewhere in this thread already but I was unable to find it.
  4. you mean 3 Minutes right!?! Silly Kat ! hehehe

  6. Great stuff avroair, just in time. I had to hold off on the Geocoin Project - Mini-Dubloons for fear of not having enough cash for this years coin. Even tho I picked my colours and was very happy with the look. Rats! So glad this is now up and running and the coin looks like it will compliment last years 9-9-9 that sold here like hot cakes, tho the great pricing may have had something to do with it Looking forward to the next stage.

  8. wow that was good timing I'm a happy camper, but my bank balance is not so happy.
  9. Great pic You should post that on the tsun FB page I like the pin on her hat too! More pics of the coins! Believe it or not I missed the Pin-->Turtle-->Geocaching connection, she has worn it for so long it is a part of her.
  10. Turtles, you have to be in awe of them, they are just so "Nature" there is nothing sharp and aggressive about them the way they move and just get on with it.. But then if you give them a chance... Below is a picture of my daughter at a touch pool in the Bali Safari park in Indonesia, about 30 seconds after this picture was taken there was a almighty wail that had staff running from all directions (it might have had something to do with the Piranha tank next to the turtle exhibit hehe) It seems she had been patting it and drew her hand a little too close to the head and he lent his head back and she was not quick enough to escape a "SNAP" it only just broke the skin but you would have thought she had lost a finger from the carry on hehe The staff were very good, and did everything you need to do considering the risks from some turtles and bacteria. Just thought I would share how we used to love turtles, Ok we still do as it gives us much joy to reminder her about it all the time. Much to her disgust.
  11. More cake! let there be more cake
  12. Brilliant first challenge and very well executed
  13. GG your such a Gem, always thinking of others when it comes to this sort of stuff. I attended a event where Gardengorilla had pointed out a caching acquaintance in our city (deaf but a caching machine) to the GeoBandit and had received a coin to present to her. The cacher was over the moon and her smile was so infectious, I was so happy to witness that exchange. Maybe the mystery giver should see if they have two to give
  14. There are many responses to this floating around in my head right now but I won't say anything because I'm Canadian. I third cappazushi's caveat. I tend to be sleeping through these 'first to post' cointests...and I have a question. Do I have to shave my legs? Totally unrelated to the competition... Yes you do have to shave them! Last time I saw you I thought you were wearing Mohair stockings!
  15. Are you familiar with the term Wooden Spoon ? heheh
  16. Great comp YY! Your comp your rules of course, but with all the different time zones and forum members from all over the world my first thought was it could either be a real advantage or disadvantage as to when the challenge was posted, finding a llama in the dark is bloody hard. So I hear So to that point I think cappazushi has a valid recommendation and would put it to you to consider a slight change, plus we get to see more people "being creative" "Acting like tools" seemed too harsh. Cheers from one of the other timezone people
