  1. Hi All, I'm looking to transfer some of my southern Oregon caches to a cacher down there as I've since moved to Seattle and can only check on them once or twice a year when I visit now. If anyone can adopt these that would be much appreciated. If not? I'll just grab them the next chance I am down there and archive them. Thanks! 2. I'll be there with Guppyfish, sciuchetti, Superhoser, and Lajoy5!
  3. It seems, as stated previously, that it would be helpful if Groundspeak could issue an 'official' policy re: virtual coins as there seems to be considerable confusion over the topic. I've actually seen a cache in Oregon (which will remain nameless) that is similar to sciuchetti's now archived cache. I've also seen a couple photocopies of coins that were lost in circulation and now travel around as if they were the real thing. If Groundspeak wants to disallow these, that's fine, it's their call. It just seems to me that if they are going to do so, that to be fair, they need to be consistent in enforcing the policy. I, personally, see no harm in using a copy of a coin that has been lost and agree with the poster who asked why, if you can do that for a travel bug, can you not do it for coins.
