  1. Like others, I've been sitting on the sidelines, checking daily, and waiting for the order link to show up. BUT... I've missed out on several coins due to the fact tht they sell out so fast. And not being part of one of the coin cartels, It's hard to sometimes get a foot in the door. So... I know you're not taking orders, but I'd like to get on the list (any list) for 2 of these coins. Design doesn't matter. Cost (within reason) doesn't matter. Tracking doesn't matter, but a year and numbering is nice. Sorry if I'm jumping the gun and I'll keep a watch for your announcement. Thanks for your effort.
  2. I was made aware of your group forum by Team CoyChev at our Fall Fun Day MiGO event this weekend. I would be interested in (pre)ordering 3 of your coins if this is the proper place to do so. If this is not the right place, could someone direct me? Thanks.
  3. PayPal for 2 coins. Thanks. They look great.
  4. As the Shasties we had ordered 2 bronze and one silver. I would like to up the ante 1 additional silver to 2 bronze and 2 silver. Thanks. Also, thanks for all your efforts in bringing this coin to everyone. It's no small task in dealing with all the preorders, change orders, requests for artwork, trackable vs not trackable, etc, etc, etc. All this in addition to having a life outside of geocaching. Reminds me of my kids - 'Are we there yet? Are we there yet?'
  5. Received mine in Michigan yesterday. Thanks. They look great. Plus a great job of packaging. If you missed out on the ordering, I have a couple of extra and would be interested in a trade. Email me.
  6. Since this looks to still be open to coin requests, the Shasties would like to indicate their desire for 2 of these great looking coins. Thanks.
  7. Sounds like preorders are still being considered. The Shasties would like to be put down for 1 silver and 2 bronze. Thanks.
  8. The Shasties would like to be in the pool for 2, trackable or not. Doesn't matter. Thanks.
  9. Amount for 4 coins and shipping sent by Paypal today. Thanks for your work with this.
  10. I just used PayPal for 2 coins. They look good. Thanks.
  11. You can count the Shasties in for 4 coins. Nice design by the way.
  12. Please add me to your list for 4 coins. I've also ordered samples from coinsandpins.com. They're quite impressive. I'm looking at having a personal coin made and they seem to be at the top of the running. Very nice product. Shasties Corkey & Kathy Bailey
  13. The Shasties would be proud to add An Alaska coin to our collection. Please put me down for 4 regular coins and 1 silver. Thanks.
  14. I'd like to be added to your list for 3 of them. Thank you much.
  15. This is great! I'm sending a check for 5 coins in the mail today. Thanks.
  16. My first multi Shastie Stash had a joint FTF. The game requires finding 4 different game pieces and obtain code words from each piece to find the final cache. It got down to two teams each having the final game piece that the other team needed. They called a truce and shared the FTF honors.
  17. I don't know if I'm just overlooking this or if it's a problem. I was caching in another city over the weekend and before I left I downloaded about 200 waypoints for caches in and around the area. After I came home I was looking for a way to delete all the waypoints in my unit. I couldn't find a way to mass delete all my waypoints. I had to erase each one individually. Is there a way to do this or am I stuck with having to erase each one individually? Thanks for any help anyone might be able to give me.

  22. I would think a week would be more than enough time to wait for confirmation of the persons find. If they have time to log their visit, the can surely be courteous enough to take the time to send the information to the cache owner. Now, let me qualify that. If the owner requires pictures, that may cause some problems. Not everyone uses digital cameras, so getting pictures developed could add time to a response. I have always used a digital, so immediate response is not a problem for me. I would like to think the cache visitor would get their pictures developed before logging the find so the info is immediately available. I always log my virtuals as a find the same time as I send the information to the cache owner. I receive responses from the owners for a 'Congrats on your find' or the information you have provided is correct, about half the time. The other half, I haven't receive any response at all. Also logging it as a note first then going back to change it means more time logged into Groundspeak. I'm on dialup, so I sometimes have a long wait to do this. This site is busy enough. The more I can do to reduce the load, the better. BTW, I have never had a virtual owner complain about the way I do this.
