I went to the Texas Challenge in Denton Texas last weekend. Had a blast and tried out the new lab cache app for the first time. I ran into a major annoyance. I could not find any way to navigate in the app beyond the compass, which doesn't cut it when you are going two or three miles in an unfamiliar city. I couldn't find any way to send the coords to a navigation app not could I even copy and paste the coords. Anyone know of anything I missed so I will know next time or is this just a feature that really should be in the app that isn't? Thanks

I had a friend that dabbled in taxadermy give me a spool of waxed taxadermy string. Incredibly thin and strong and waterproof as well. Best thing i have found for tethering caches. It's black so it's hard to spot.

I'm in East Texas and a bit of an amateur photographer myself. I can show you a couple of caches in the area that would probably work. One with a breathtaking view. Another that comes to mind is a virtual at a 1930's replica and a 1780s house that was in the oldest town in the state of Texas. If you are interested let me know and I can give you more details.
