Just paid my PayPal invoice. For some reason I never received an e-mail from PayPal about the invoice being sent to me. Not sure why. I just happened to login and check my PayPal account tonight and saw the invoice there waiting.

It should go as a flat. I was told if I keep my mailers at 3/4" or less, they'll ship as a flat. Hmmm, so to ship a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation they'll have to be exactly 0.75-inches thick? I wonder what the tolerances are on measuring that 0.75-inches. I find the minimum 0.75-inch thickness requirement for delivery confirmation annoying, but I can understand the reasoning for it.

Holy smokes, that is a cool personal coin you have! Now if only I can arrange a vacation to WV sometime to trade personals with you. Although, I hear the New York Finger Lakes region is a popular summer vacation destination for people from WV.

I don't mind pre-sales for a coin made by a geocaching organization because they don't usually have the cash on hand to pay for the coins out of pocket -- and, in fact, many organizations use their coin as a way to make some money to fund other things (events, etc). For personal coins and commercial coins I prefer they have the coins in-hand before selling them.

I am definitely interested in a set, they look great!

Which Finger Lakes? I know of a few around Canadice and Hemlock lakes, but don't know of any around the others to the east 'cause that's farther away from me.

I'd definitely trade for a special personal signature item like this. I'd even prefer it if it was not trackable.

Thought I'd share. I have a wall-hanging display case where I keep about 100 geocoins. The rest are in coin flips in coin pages in binders. The case has a hinged glass-panel door which keeps the coins dust-free. I also like it because I get to see the coins whenever I walk into the room and I can easily take one out and turn it over.
