All back to normal now, unfortunately today's PQ's have now run before I had chance to alter them so they have come through with wrong data, doh!!

Mine has now returned to Premium member status again.

I have 2 accounts, fortunately my primary account (created 24/12/03) which I log all my finds on is still Premium at present. My second account which I use for additional PQ's is the one which has been downgraded, there are no stats showing on that account and I have never used any GSAK scripts on that account. I think it is a system fault at Groundspeak, which they need to sort out before a lot more people get p****d off. A little communication from them would help, at least we would know they were on the case!!

Thanks for the fast response, lets hope Groundspeak are as fast repairing the problem!!

Add me to the list, mine is also now showing as Basic member only. I have sent TPTB a mail and have had the usual auto response so I'll wait and see what happens.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why my premium membership has reverted to Basic when the subscription isn't due to run out until next May. I have 2 premium accounts using which I keep a fully updated GSAK database. I recieved PQ's from both accounts on 17/11 as normal. I tried logging in to change the date parameters on my second account PQ's and got a message saying that the PQ feature was for premium members only. On checking my profile the account is now showing up as basic member only! Any ideas?

Hoping to be able to join in for the three peaks with my eldest providing his exams are all complete by then! BN will make a fitting choice for my 500th find, especially as I did Snowdon for my 100th!

I have a spreadsheet on which I record various caching info such as PQ settings, answers to multi stage caches, TB codes etc. It just keeps all the info in one place, and the file is backed up regularly so I've always got it when I need it. It also means I don't need to hang on to bits of paper or labels with codes on.
