Check out cache magnet also .......it works real good for me.

I have the 60csx and loaded the free maps from here and now every time i start up gpsr it says map could not be unlocked.......Any idea how to unlock or how to get it off gps? also how do i check which version of software is loaded on gpsr?

I have the 60csx its great, i believe the 60cx doesnt have the compass. I use that feature alot. Not sure about the others. Ebay has some good deals on gps r also. Got mine for 260.00 included all cords external antenna extra card and dash mount. And if you can get the premium membership from here its worth every penny!

If you use google earth or cache magnet you can also see the cache location,...(Zoom IN)... which makes it easier some times....

On one cache we went back 5 times , after several emails and one phone call the cache owner came out met me and found the cache to be missing......they were great , very helpful and nice to meet....so i say it doesnt hurt to get in contact with them. Happy caching!!!!!!

There is a dvd available on net flix if your a member.....its for the 60cs

I am going camping this weekend and want to do some caching along the way, i have looked at routes along the way but want to make my own.....i cant find how to do this....all i can find is existing routes. any one know where to look or how to do this.????

I think if you go FIND , then to geocache, it will take you to the compass with arrow. But you need to be in the geocache finding made. Hope that makes sense........

Ummmm ok i did a query this morning and all was good , opened it in cache magnet and transfered it to my GPS, and to ipod. Check out the GPS and a bunch of my new caches come up as a toll road symbol. Have i done something wrong? Is it the site? is it the gps? Can i change them all to the cache symbol? HELP!!!!! 60CSX

i think thats a good idea, maybe a week long event, would give you a chance to see whats in your cache too!

Hi i just bought the new 2009 map for my street pilot, can i use that map on my 60 csx? have done some reading here and am more confused now then before......any help would be great. thanks!

So when you highlite a cache ...does it show it on the map? in birds eye view.....mine doesnt, i will have to check for updates i guess. thanks for the replys

I dont believe so, i just started paperless caching and use an old i pod for the notes....cache magnet (free) and membership on here. so far so good. Try searching paperless caching.

yeah i kind of thought that.......do you use the nuvi 205 for gcache and driving.? what dont you like about it?

Hi i have a street pilot 2610 and all the sudden the touch screen started to fail ( touch left of screen right hand side activated) then all the sudden it stopped working except for on the boot up screen ....OK....OK...those two and the scroll down on right side are the only places it works, I have tried to reset and calibrate, several times. Called garmin and they can fix for a min of 200.00....yikes can buy new for less. Any info or a place i can get it fixed or get parts would be great. Thanks!

Ok so today we went on our first geo journey........what a great day. Found 5 of the 7 we searched!!!! We have a few questions...... 1- When posting a response on our results what should or should not be said????? soggy...contents.....filled with bugs.....or do we not say anything??? 2- If we suspect that a cache is gone......how do we find out for sure?
