  1. I just watched a Hallmark movie called "Campfire Kiss". They were looking for a fun activity and they discovered geocaching! They found an ammo box!
  2. I know that Geocaching.com perform surveys on the lab cache experiences from previous events. Is there any chance for those of use planning future events could obtain any of that survey data so that we can use it to avoid previous lab cache pitfalls and focus on the successful ideas?
  3. If anyone is interested, there will be a Mega event in central Texas, USA on March 21-23, 2014 in Bastrop, Texas. Over 500 people have already registered! Registration cost: Free!! However, if you want to participate, you must register by the deadline this Friday, Feb. 21 Lots of fun and excitement will be on hand. Register at this link I did not see any way to add this message in the Texas forum or the Mega-Event forum. Maybe someone can help me

  5. I live in the SanJose California area. I just moved here and I am new to the area. Would anyone like to go geocaching with me? I am going to China on business for 2 weeks but I will be available starting Aug. 8, 2009. I checked for local geocaching events but I don't see any in the near future. I can even help new geocachers get started if you like!

I left two travel bugs there and took a picture of myself with the disposable camera in the cache.

  9. The farthest I have walked is 2.5 to 3 miles but it was in a national park and a very beautiful trail so I didn't mind.
