hi, if i cancel my premium membership will i be able to read my logs and the cache info for the premium only caches that i found?

hi, is there a way to see how many premium caches are in an area before purchasing a premium membership? my aunt lives in a very small town and i'd like to treat her to a membership but if there are no premium caches nearby it wouldn't be as fruitful.
