Oh, and the only cache I've ever come across in a stone wall is a Geocache!
Same here ...

The cache setter was the last holder of the coin and has placed it there and it has not been reviewed and published yet

Did I miss the step of purging with Nitrogen or CO2 first?
No you missed the sarcasm smiley

Ehhh, mine might have activity a bit more recent than November 2005!!
What is that site anyway? Just a forum??
Yes but http://opencaching.de/ is active if you can sprechen Deutsch

Unfortunately those of us outside UK can't watch it
Keep an eye on Youtube episodes 1 and 2 are on there (in several chunks) so episode 3 which is the one with the segment MrsB linked to is in should be along soon
And yes he was rubbish

I had a similar email when I listed a flash mob last month

As many have said I never met Billy but he was obviously highly thought of by those that had so a sad loss indeed.
Sympathies to his family and friends

On reflection I have decided to do nothing further I was concerned about the geolitter aspect but as people are still finding it I will leave it as is .
Have you tried contacting the owner yourself to explain that their cache is actually in good, loggable state and asking if they would re-enable the listing?
MrsB
I have sent a couple of emails last one was 10 days ago.

After reading the forced adoption thread it reminded me about a seemingly abandoned cache I know of.
Now I don't normally like the idea of members being the cache police but ......a year is a long time the cache was found 7 weeks ago but the owner hasn't logged on for a year since disabling the cache so do I log a needs archiving log or just tidy the box and contents so that anyone that goes looking for it will at least get something worthwhile for there trouble ?

I joined on Sunday, August 05, 2001 and if I remember correctly my nearest cache was 70 odd miles away
-
...the cache is always in the last place you look?
Or the first place you looked but didnt see it the first time

Welcome to the mad mad world...there is an event next weekend in Pembrokeshire GC1RCHN you may want to take a look at
-
So thats why the MP's have been outed for fiddling its a smoke screen so we dont worry to much about the lack of geocaching
-
Is there somewhere we can see them? We are coming up on our 100th find and I want to surprise my other half... 11 to go...
-
For some parts of South Wales that would be an improvement

All I do with Martin's maps is copy and paste the file straight on to my Garmin (no need for any other software whatsoever).

Last time I looked the Glass site had not been updated for 6 months and at this moment I cannot even browse it for some reason.
When I offroad its normally with one or two others and we take it in turns to check with the definative map at my local county council but as I said sometimes its the minority that spoils it .
