We got the message over here in Holland! Just bought me three bottles of a harmless orange drink. (That color is very opposite for us Dutch) It can be diluted with water...well over 50 attendees will mean over 100 people. I'm not that rich I can afford real champagne. Now I have to figure out what will be the best time to get many people as close to your time as possible. Our event will be First International Geoca(t)ching Day. Too bad Groundspeak rejected the idea for a special icon because of lack of time, but be sure to vote for one for next year already:SIGD icon And of course: Have a lot of fun! We intend to.

Back online in Holland too, but I am already waiting for my PQ for quite a while...not used to having to wait this long.

Just found the right topic where the problem is mentioned: Geocaching.com website. Title"error message". Good (or not) to see more people have problems. so it is not my computer. But it is not Garmin either...but GC. So just a coincidence Garmin is down too.

Don't think it has anything to do with what kind of GPS it is. I have always been able to send caches to GPS (Oregon) until last Wednesday. Since then I get an error. First it said I had to download the plugin. ( which was already on my computer since October last year). Since yesterday I also get the message: Server Error. I have been trying to download the plugin from Garmin.com but their website is not available since a couple of days. At least not here in the Netherlands. I don't know if the one thing has something to do with the other but it is very annoying. Anyone who knows what is the problem with Garmin?

Hi, I am not a newbie but a premium member since last year. On my profile page it says today my membership expires. When I logged in some minutes ago I even saw no Profile picture and zero caches found. That's fixed again. Going further I see I have put in auto-renew when I became a member a year ago. It is a little bit confusing to see the text: "Renew your membership" And then also see: "Auto-Renew: Yes". All the membership details are still the same. What action should I take? Or should I do nothing and geocaching.com simply charges my creditcard.

Thanks for helping me. I found the solution. It was in the Routing category indeed. Somehow things were messed up there and I had to put it back into the original mode. Everything is working again.

Yes the right map is active. City Navigator Europe (I am in Holland). I can navigate if I could fly, but not by using the roads. So I can only use my GPS for geocaching at the moment, Automotive and Geocaching both give me the straight pink line. Hope you understand what I mean, difficult to explain in English.

As of this morning I am not able to change the profile on my Oregon. I can switch from Geocaching mode to Automotive. The screen points: Current profile is Automotive. However when I go to my map screen I see the pink line that still shows "As the crow flies". And car-navigation will not start. Anyone who can help?

I will keep quiet towards him, never would want to risk my account over here. It is just the fact up to now either in the field or on the internet I have always met only nice, helpful geocachers. This was the first time I posted on this forum and I think next time I will come for advice before taking any other action. Thanks again for helping me out.

Well he is not acting like a real serious geocacher too . Logging everything with the same strange log text. But I will just be patient and see what is going to happen!

I'm Dutchlandian from Holland and the owner of a TB that is in the hands of a very weird cacher. Looking at his caches and retrieved TB's and coins I see he has many "victims". Don't know what this person is up to. He logs every cache and every retrieved item with the same strange sentences. Already wrote him several mails but he does not answer. Don't think I can do anything about it but I am so angry I am really going to overwhelm him with my mails. I think people should not mess around with other people's stuff! Am just curious if anyone ever experienced this too?
