I was wondering if any one has found a way to link a garmin etrex directly to a palm(more specifically a sony clie). and if any one has tried to use some kind of error correction program on one.

With the works program would you be able to search by lat-lon and if so how would you do that?

I would like to know if there is a program out there that allows you to have a data base of bench mark info and be able to search it by lat-lon on like a laptop computer when you are on the road. Thanks
